Finding Support Within The Members

¡¡Hola!!

¡¡HAY BAUTISMO!!

This week we had 2 amazing people decide to be baptized: Nicolas and Marcela. In just the 2 days after their baptisms and confirmations, they have changed so much and seem so much happier. This gospel really changes peoples lives for the better!!!!! What is really amazing is that the both of them have found a family in the church, and I don't think that either of them would have been baptized, had they not felt the support of the members around them. 

What President Hinckley teaches really is true and helps peole to gain strong testimonies of the gospel. 

Every new member needs:

- a friend in the church

- a calling

- to be nourished by the good word of God.

I am so greatful that we never have to do anything alone. Not only do each and every one of us have Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ walking by our sides, but we can also find support within the members of this church. Even if we are struggling to find a family within the church, we can serve others and be the support that they need, and in return find what we need. Even though people are not perfect, the gospel is, and if we center our actions in the teachings of Jesus Christ, todo va estar bien.
