This Week Was Super Great

This is a letter to Hermana Samantha Torgersen’s mom.  She was not able to write a letter to everyone.  

This week was super great, the family from venezuela that I've been talking about came to church today, this has been the fourth time. It's a little hard to try and teach them, because of their work schedule but they are really awesome, just have a little bit of fear about making changes in their life to become members of the chuch. The best thing that happened this week was probably that Guliana came to church for the second time. She's a little girl that's 10 and she's getting baptized on saturday! she's super sweet and lives around the corner from the church building which makes it super easy to help her attend church. Her grandma and sister are less actives and she attends church with her sister escarlet, whos 14. She wants to be a missionary some day too so i we're gonna help her with that :) I love and miss you tons. A spiritual experience that was pretty cool is that we went to visit a woman for the second time, and her husband was there. We thought her husband wasn't really interested because he didn't want to talk to us when we had come the other time, but this time he sat down and we had a really great discussion about the restoration and he and she said that they wanted to do everything they could to prepare to receive christ more in their lives. Afterwards, when her husband had left, Alejandra started to tell us that she had been praying for a way to come closer to christ and relieve herself of a lot of emotional burdens, and then we showed up :) and even though she didn't understand everything (she was never really raised in any church) she was going to try what we invited her to do.
